Article 115

Provisions to Be Repealed

Effective as of the date of this Act, the following are repealed pursuant to Article 129:

(a) Article 27, concerning the authority to define the categories of violations relating to bicycle traffic regulations by decision of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation, 28, concerning the classification of violations provided for in the Highway Code based on their risk to the life, the health and physical integrity of road users, the obligation to provide special care and protection for persons with disabilities, the prevention of traffic accidents, as well as the impact of the violation on road safety and 29 transitional provisions of Law 4530/2018 (A’ 59),

(b) the Highway Code (Law No. 2696/1999, A’ 57), with the exception of Articles 86A, 87A, 90A, and 90B.
