Publication of Decisions

Decisions issued pursuant to the provisions of this law are published in the Government Gazette, except for those issued by law enforcement authorities, which are published on the Diafania program’s website. For the purpose of publication, a report is prepared by the competent authority, which includes the date and place of publication and is signed by the competent authority. A copy of the report is retained by the relevant commander, and a second copy is submitted to the person who issued the police decision.
