Revocation of a Driver’s License

1. If, pursuant to this provision, the revocation of a driver’s license is ordered, the driver against whom this measure is taken may, provided the legal requirements are met, obtain a new license three (3) years after the revocation, unless the revocation is for life. The issuance of a new driver’s license is subject to the provisions of Article 110 regarding repeat offenses.

2. In the event of the revocation of a driver’s license, the police authority enforcing the relevant decision shall forward the license to the competent department of the Regional Unit that issued it.
