Use of Assistive Devices While Driving

1. Drivers of motor vehicles must wear glasses or use other assistive devices or aids while driving, if this is specified on their license. Motorcycle drivers must also wear goggles to protect against wind if the helmet they are wearing does not have a transparent visor.

2. A violation of paragraph 1 is classified as Category E2-A.
