Allowing Someone Else to Drive a Vehicle

1. It is prohibited to allow a person who does not hold the legally required, as applicable, driver’s license and the necessary certificate of professional competence, as applicable, or to a person whose license or certificate has been revoked for any violation. In the latter case, the prohibition applies only for the duration of the suspension of the aforementioned credentials.

2. A violation of paragraph 1 is classified as category E3-B.
