Vehicle Suspension

1. When a registered motor vehicle, trailer, three-wheeled vehicle, or motorcycle is destroyed, scrapped, or permanently exported abroad, the owner must, within two (2) months from the date of the destruction, scrapping, or export, must submit a relevant declaration to the competent department of the relevant decentralized administration and surrender to it the vehicle’s registration certificate and license plates.

2. Owners of agricultural machinery or construction equipment that have been inventoried, in the cases referred to in paragraph 1, are required to surrender the registration certificate and license plates of such vehicles to the competent authority of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food or the Ministry of Environment and Energy, as applicable.

3. This violation is classified as Category E1-A.
