Article 87

Exterior Appearance of Cars and Other Vehicles

1. In the event of a change in the exterior color specified in the vehicle registration certificate, the owner must notify the competent department of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport within fifteen (15) days of the change.

2. The display or placement of advertisements on the interior or exterior of the body of motor vehicles used for public transportation is permitted provided that it does not disrupt the uniform color scheme characteristic of the public transportation vehicle.

3. This violation is classified as Category E1-A.
