Special Provisions
1. The construction of motor vehicles, mopeds, bicycles, and non-motorized vehicles is such that it prevents any danger, excessive emissions, odors, noise, fire, or explosion.
2. The operation of high-voltage circuits in road vehicles must not cause significant interference due to excessive radio emissions.
3. The motor vehicle is designed so that the driver’s field of vision—to the front, right, and left—is sufficient to allow for safe driving.
4. Motor vehicles, motorcycles, and trailers shall be constructed and equipped in such a way as to minimize, as much as possible, the risk in the event of an accident the risk to both their occupants and other road users. In particular, these vehicles shall not have, on their interior or exterior, any decorative or other protruding objects that could pose a danger to passengers or other road users.
5. This violation is classified as Category E1-A.
