Vehicle Headlights

1. Light vehicles are equipped with two (2) white front lights and two (2) red rear lights. Instead of red lights, red reflective elements may be installed.

2. Violations committed by a person who puts into service, as well as by a person who drives, a horse-drawn vehicle that is not equipped with the lights and reflective devices specified above, that function in accordance with this article, are classified in category E2-A.
