Article 72

Brake lights

1. Motor vehicles capable of exceeding a speed of twenty-five (25) kilometers per hour on a straight, level road, and trailers must have at least two (2) red brake lights at the rear, the luminous intensity of which must be significantly greater than that of the rear position lights.

2. Violations of this provision by the person who puts into service, as well as the person who drives, a motor vehicle or trailer that is not equipped with the brake lights specified in paragraph 1 are classified in category E2-B.
