Article 67

High beams

. Motor vehicles capable of exceeding a speed of forty (40) kilometers per hour on a straight, level road are equipped at the front with two (2) white or specially selected yellow headlights of sufficient intensity to adequately illuminate the road at night, under clear weather conditions, at a distance of at least one hundred (100) meters in front of the vehicle.

2. The distance between the outer edges of the running lights and the outermost edge of the vehicle shall not be less than the corresponding distance for the turn signals.

3. Violations of this provision by a person who puts a vehicle into circulation, as well as by a person who drives a vehicle without the running lights required in paragraphs 1 and 2, are classified as Category E2-A.
