Braking of Light Vehicles

1. Certain categories of animal-drawn vehicles may be required to be equipped with an easy-to-use and effective braking system that acts on both the vehicle and the ground.

2. Violations of this provision by the person who puts the vehicle into service, as well as by the person who drives a horse-drawn vehicle that is not equipped with a braking system as described in paragraph 1, are classified in category E1-A.
