Special rules for escorts, processions, and the movement of wheelchairs for people with disabilities or infants

1. Road users are prohibited from obstructing military convoys, lines of students accompanied by a person specifically designated for that purpose, and other processions.

2. For the movement of wheelchairs used by people with disabilities—whether propelled by themselves or their companions—and infant strollers, sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, or suitable ramps.

3. Violations of paragraphs 1 and 2 are classified under category E1-A.
