Obstacles on the road

1. Subject to Article 20, regarding position on the road, drivers are permitted to pass on the left or right side of any structure, traffic island, pole, post, monument, structure, or device located on the roadway and constituting an obstacle to the straight-line movement of vehicles, unless traffic signs specify the side on which they are required to drive.

2. If an obstacle listed in paragraph 1 is located on the centerline of a two-way roadway, drivers must pass on the right side of the obstacle.

3. This violation is classified as Category E1-A.
