Placing an Illegal Device on the Market or Using It

1. The use of vehicles or other means of transport not defined in Article 4 (Definitions) is prohibited.

2. The offense committed by a person who puts into service and drives a vehicle or other means of transport in violation of paragraph 1 is classified as Category E2-A.
